Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd has spent years in research of rewinding and overhaul of High Voltage submersible motors that enable us to overhaul and rewinding of submersible motors of any types upto 11kV. We are proud to present a facility that also can do the testing with load or no-load. Our partnership with Indar (renowned OEM from Spain) has ventured us into manufacturing of submersible motors as well.

At Elektro Serve, we have complete set of services for all types of transformers with years of experience in the servicing and rewinding of transformers.

We service, troubleshoot, overhaul and rewinding for Low Voltage and High Voltage generators equipped with all tools and manpower with years of experience.
The in-house HT Coil Manufacturing provides cost effective and quick solution to high voltage generators winding. We also have one of the biggest Vacuum Pressure Impregnation system in the region to apply resins after completion of the rewinding works.

Also, we are equipped with a rotor rewinding facilities (Salient Pole or Cylindrical Rotors) that can rewind up to 20 tons of rotor for salient pole type together with all necessary tests and latest equipment required for a generator.

We provide load bank testing facilities for all generators for up to 3.6MW. Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd has joint ventures with several well-known international OEMs (Jeumont Electric, Indar, Schneider…) to provide best technical support as well as spare parts as necessary.

For the past five years, we have been developing a strong mechanical team that has been working in several companies specialized in compressor servicing. With the help of Cook Compression and Boulden from US we are able to supply all OEM spare parts in the best timeframe and at a competitive price, no agent, no middle man.

With the help of Cook Compression from US, we have all the testing tools to provide condition based monitoring for all your engines.

We are an experienced team and we have facilities to provide complete overhaul of your equipment. Upon completion, it will undergo our Load testing bay up to 3.6 MW of load with or without the power generation unit.

For the past 30 years, site activities are one of the key service that Elektro Serve is able to provide with stringent safety practise.

Our numbers of site service teams are capable of making inspections, CBM, laser alignment, also complete site servicing for units that cannot be moved from their location, especially for big turbines or generators.

Backed up by Jeumont Electric, we are able to service any kind of alternator on site up to 1600 MW for all kind of power generation sector.

We also have specialized team for hydrogenerators including site rewinding. Our Partner INDAR Hydro is able to provide Roebel Bars for Hydro generators with very strict Tan Delta readings and with a very impressive time delivery.

Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd is also equipped with all related equipment for CBM Analysis such as RSO, ELCID, Tan Delta, Partial Discharge (online or offline), Vibration spectrometers, MCSA (Motor Current Signature Analysis), and others.

Elektro Serve provides all final step in an EPCC job that will need a commissioning job and several weeks to debug and trouble shoot all possible issues to hand over the project to the end user in the best conditions.

Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd manufacture coils using European insulation material such as Mica, Dakron, Nomex, Kapton, Anticorona shield from:

• IsoVolta(Austria)
• Vonroll (Switzerland)
• DuPont (USA)

Elektro Serve is collaborating with his partner Westral from Australia to manufacture its own enameled copper strips for the wounded coil manufacturing by utilizing their QA/QC control, quality standard and their long experience in coil manufacturing activities.

The coil looping and the coil spreading is fully automatic to ensure a perfect continuity in the coils design. The process is also accelerated to ease the handling and accelerate the forming process. Up to 1000 different type of coils can be saved to create a strong data base and to speed up the coil manufacturing next time a similar equipment winding fails.

Coil insulation taping is made in a semi automatic machine wrapping in a very constant way all along the straight part and half of the out hangs. The tension of the insulation material is controlled by a set of pressure sensors. The final taping and finishing is hand made by our team of coil winders.

For Non- VPI procedures, we propose and produce resin rich coils. These coils are fully curred and will fit perfectly the slots with a stringent quality control. Soft coils can also be made for you by ensuring that your Epoxy Resin will be compatible with the ground wall insulation build.

Before our coils leave our factory, they are are fully tested for Tan Delta readings, Hi-Pot and Partial Dicharge to make sure there will be no bad surprises with the end user. The coils are installed in a wooden box, wrapped in aluminium foil and vacuum packed before being shipped out.
