Training

All year long, our strong Quality/HSE team provides training based on the latest standard and most advanced techniques with all new tools provided on site and in our Workshops.

Implementation

Our staff are obliged to follow all these procedures to ensure the highest level of safety within our company. The target is to make sure that even outside, we will follow saftey rules as a way of life.



Site Supervision

During site jobs or WorkShop jobs, we have a team of Site Safety Supervisors (SSS) and QC supervisor that will ensure the safety behavior, quality checks and that rules are followed as per OHSAS standard.

Safety is our top priority

Elektro Serve is pioneering many disciplines in their scope of work. We are stringent with our quality and safety policy within our market segment.

For safety inovation, we have designed our own daily cloud based online monitoring system updated with all HSE issues such as non conformity, near misses and hazard (risks) and environment aspect and impact.

With this tool, we can follow daily and make monthly statistic during our safety commitee meetings.

Introducing the Safety Cap in Malaysia

Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd introduces for all staff and visitors a new type of PPE, the cap rugged with a safety shell inside it.

The idea originated from our partner Jeumont Electric in France. The cap is a French design and brand with three colors :

Blue and orange for staff
Yellow and reflection for Visitors
Black and red for safety personnel

ISO 9001 :2015

Elektro Serve (M) Sdn Bhd started with the ISO 9001:2008.
Later we have upgraded with the latest ISO 9001:2015 to ensure that our management system is in accordance to the world class organization standards.

ISO 45001 :2018

All our staff are trained with this safety management tool of OHSAS 18001:20107 since 2018 for the Occupational Health And Safety man- agement system. We are now migrating to the new Standard of ISO 45001:2018, where our HSE is always at the latest version of all international safety standards.

ISO 14001 :2015

For the environment, we practice the ISO 14001:2015 standards that we utilize friendly epoxy resin.
Our cleaning bay is designed to ensure that nothing toxic is rejected into the environment. Our schedule waste system is very strict and we already have compartmented trash bins.
